Returns and Refunds
For on-line website purchases only:
If you receive an item that is either damaged or the wrong item ordered, we want to correct it as quickly as possible. Here is what we need you to do for this to happen.
Please inspect your package and item immediately upon delivery. If the freight company is still there, have them mark damaged on their paperwork/documentation.
If your item is wrong or damaged, please email us @ CLAIMS within Three Days of package delivery, including damage description with detailed photos of damaged item, including clear photos of packaging and all labels attached. Please leave a telephone # where we can reach you. We will contact you as soon as possible regarding your replacement or refund.
You can make returns and exchanges on select accessory items purchased through our on-line store only. We do not accept returns or exchanges on furniture, artwork, rugs, custom orders, fabric yardage and clearance or sale items.
Returns on selected items may be permitted within 30 days from delivery date of product. In order to receive authorization to return or exchange an item, send your email request to us @ CLAIMS. Returns will be rejected without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by HTGT Furniture and included with the return package.
To be eligible for a return, any and all returned items must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly package and ship the item(s) for return so they are received in new condition.
Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 5-10 business days, from the date of receipt of authorized return, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.
Customers making returns are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
If merchandise return is received back in damaged condition it will not be eligible for refund and item will be disposed. Please allow adequate processing time for your credit card company to process your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. FedEx or UPS are most commonly used for small shipments and provide tracking.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RMA issued from Htgt Furniture.
Please note the following information:
- Returns cannot be made to our store location.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund.
We accept cancelations within 24 hours of purchase if item has not shipped.
